Justin C. Owen
Bodewell Injury GroupFew attorneys have the ability to build a case from scratch, take the case to trial, and effectively defend a successful verdict or outcome on appeal. Justin Owen is equipped to do all of these things. Throughout his career, Justin has successfully represented clients in cases involving motor vehicle collisions, medical negligence, product liability, commercial trucking collisions, construction accidents, premises liability, and many other types of legal matters, where his clients have suffered catastrophic personal injuries, wrongful death, and substantial financial/economic damages and losses as a result of the wrongful conduct of others. He has helped recover a collective amount of more than $150 million dollars for clients, including several multi-million dollar verdicts. He has also successfully handled numerous appeals. Justin establishes strong relationships with his clients and collaborates closely with other attorneys to develop the most solid course of action in complex cases. He serves as a Co-Chair of the appellate committee for the Alabama Association for Justice. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Litigation Counsel of America, and the Alabama Association for Justice.
