Kari R. Meyrose practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, probate, elder law, real estate transactions and commercial law. Ms. Meyrose has represented clients in a wide variety of matters including the development and implementation of strategic, comprehensive estate plans designed to meet the diverse needs of a wide variety of clients, contested and uncontested trust and probate administration, guardianships, business formation and succession planning, employment related matters, and contract and lease negotiations.
Ms. Meyrose received her legal education from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2008. During Ms. Meyrose’s tenure at Loyola University, she worked in the Elder Law Clinic and volunteered as an advisor at the Guardianship Help Desk at the Cook County Circuit Court in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Meyrose also worked with the Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy at Loyola University Chicago, where she focused primarily on health care law and end of life issues. Ms. Meyrose received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2003. While attending ASU, Ms. Meyrose worked with the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill-Arizona State University Chapter, and helped to establish one of the first on-campus college mental illness support, education, and awareness programs in the country.
Ms. Meyrose was admitted to the State Bar of Illinois in 2008, and the State Bar of Arizona and District Court of Arizona in 2010. Ms. Meyrose is currently affiliated with the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill and Wills for Heroes, and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and American Bar Association.
