Kathleen Elizabeth Dyer
I have been a lawyer for over thirty years. I have been admitted to practice in California, New Hampshire, Tennessee and Oregon. I currently practice solely in Oregon.
I have practiced criminal law for over fifteen years, starting as a prosecutor. The judge I dealt with most in that position referred to me as a "formidable adversary".
When I relocated to Tennessee, I became a criminal defense attorney, handling some of middle Tennessee's most high profile criminal cases. The prosecutor I dealt with most gave me the nickname "Barracuda". It fits. Once I get started, I don't give up until the game is over, and usually, I have won.
In addition, I have also bee a municipal court judge in Coopertown, TN from July of 2009 until July of 2014.
Finally, I taught Criminal Justice at Southwestern Oregon Community College, while continuing to represent criminal law defendants.
