
Kathleen (Kelly) R. Welsh
Attorney Welsh began her litigation practice in 1989 with Philadelphia's largest firm, defending clients in a wide range of complex matters, and in the years since, she has practiced with a litigation boutique firm in Philadelphia, with a small plaintiffs' personal injury and workers' comp practice in Woodstock, Vermont, worked briefly as a Deputy State's Attorney and defended low income adults and juveniles as conflict counsel for the Vermont Defender General. Kelly Welsh is also a teacher, and spent over a decade teaching World History, US History, Psychology and English at Thetford Academy. In addition, Kelly is a mom of three wonderful young adults.
