Attorney Weeks is a successful litigator with a proven track record. She has obtained sizable settlements for her clients, represented countless workers in workers’ compensation hearings before Judges and helped secure a $3 million jury verdict for an injured truck driver in Colorado in 2018. Ms. Weeks completed an externship for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and has volunteered with Legal Aid. She studied international economic law and human rights law in Europe through Washington D.C.’s American University. She has worked for some of the largest civil litigation law firms in the country.
Attorney Weeks has a long history of advocating for those without a voice. She had a successful, decade-long career as an award-winning investigative newspaper reporter prior to becoming an attorney. She served as a government watchdog and investigated corporations, drawing attention to the exploitation of Mexican factory workers, counterfeit drug smuggling, and dysfunction in the health care system.
WLG cuts through the red tape to obtain the best outcome for clients whether that is against difficult creditors in a bankruptcy case; an unrelenting employer in a wrongful termination claim; an insurance adjuster in an injury case or against the U.S. government in an immigration case.
