Kelly Marie Curro
Ianniello Anderson, P.C.Kelly M. Curro has been a practicing Attorney for 23 years. She has varied experience in the general practice of law including civil litigation, criminal defense, real estate and business matters. Her active practice in the area of Matrimonial and Family Law benefits from her varied legal background to best serve the diverse needs of her clients. Ms. Curro represents clients in divorce, separation, custody, paternity, child and spousal support, property distribution, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and post-divorce issues such as enforcement and modification. Her goal is to assist clients to achieve clear and practical resolutions during difficult and personally challenging times. She is committed to keep her clients fully informed about their legal issues and provide insight into the real life considerations of the impact of a divorce on their lives, children and finances. She recognizes that divorce is not “one size fits all” and tailors her approach to each case to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. While she has established her ability to serve clients as an experienced litigator, her case management and negotiation skills help clients to make an informed choice as to whether a litigation based solution is right for their particular situation. She is also trained in the area of Collaborative Law and can offer clients an alternative to the traditional court based system of divorce. She is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, The Collaborative Divorce Association of the Capital District, Inc., and the Capital Collaborative Practice Group.
