Kelly Mattheiss
As a practicing attorney for thirty years, I have been privileged to work with clients in a variety of areas. Having served as a judicial law clerk in the family court, I have a long standing appreciation for the issues and circumstances clients face in matrimonial matters. I approach each case with a desire to provide a clear path towards resolution, while purposefully advocating for the best outcome for my clients. I am a strong proponent of alternate dispute resolution and have successfully mediated matrimonial cases.
I bring the same passion and commitment to all matters I handle, whether they be landlord tenant, collection, construction, commercial/residential real estate or civil or estate litigation cases.
I enjoy practicing law. It was always my desire to be an attorney and I feel privileged and honored to serve in this capacity.
