Biography

After graduating from UCONN, I moved to Dallas and began working in Personal Injury. I started out requesting and reviewing client medical records, then moved up to being a case manager and working directly with clients. Eventually I landed at one of the largest PI firms in Dallas where I was the litigation paralegal to the founding parter. I held this position all through law school and after graduation was promoted to Managing Attorney at that firm. I have firsthand knowledge of every aspect of a personal injury case, from property damage, insurance claims and settlement negotiations to litigation and trial preparation. Throughout all of this time I have always been a huge advocate of customer service - I believe going above & beyond should be the norm - that is one of the pillars on which I built my practice.

A: There is not enough information to answer your question. Were you injured in this accident? You may want to contact a Products Liability Attorney or Personal Injury attorney depending on who put the tires on your truck and whether or not you were injured.

Q. I rear ended someone at a light, they drove off and called in a hit and run. What happens now?
A: How do you know they called in a hit and run? If you reported it to your insurance company, and the other party has your vehicle information they will likely eventually report it to your insurer, at which point your insurer will already have notice of the claim because you've set it up. If you also reported it to the proper police department and there is a report on file of what happened, there should be enough information for your insurance company to handle the claim w/o it being a hit and run.
