Kelsey Whalen

Attorney Kelsey Whalen assists individuals who have been subjected to illegal employment practices. Ms. Whalen handles a wide range of employment issues with a primary focus in workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation. She aims to reach the best possible resolution for her clients by working with them every step of their case and fighting on their behalf.
Ms. Whalen completed her undergraduate degree at Eastern Kentucky University, where she was a member of the Honors Program and defended her thesis on the topic of gender discrimination in the sports industry. After graduation, Ms. Whalen moved to Arizona to attend law school at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
Throughout law school, she clerked for an employment law firm and worked as a research assistant. She also served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Legal Advocacy classes and was a member of the Law Journal for Social Justice. Upon graduation, she earned a dean’s award for her achievements throughout law school.
In her free time, Ms. Whalen enjoys listening to podcasts, reading memoirs, and as a sports enthusiast, she enjoys following her favorite sports teams.
