Biography

Ken focuses his practice on construction, and commercial litigation matters. In the area of construction law, Ken has represented owners, contractors and specialty trade subcontractors in all phases of construction litigation in both the public and private sector. He has significant experience in public contracts law representing clients in bid disputes and protests. He is knowledgeable with New Jersey’s Municipal Mechanics’ Lien Law, New Jersey’s Construction Lien Law and New Jersey’s Bond Act and has extensive experience regarding payment issues and disputes on construction projects.
