Kevin A. James
Kevin A. James has represented a variety of real estate clients in both commercial and residential transactions and litigation, including complex quiet title matters, easement disputes, boundary line disputes and adjustments, commercial and residential non-disclosure actions, landlord-tenant issues, and purchase/sale agreements. Kevin has also represented a wide array of clients in complex business transactions and litigation matters, including, contract disputes, purchases and sales of businesses, entity formation, general corporate and LLC management, and shareholder derivative actions.
Kevin’s approach to the practice of law is client-centered. He strives to simplify the lives of his clients in an increasingly complex world. His breadth of experience in both the real estate and business arenas gives him the ability to distill down complicated situations to achieve his client’s unique goals.
