Kevin J. DiMedio represents his clients by utilizing a wide range of experiences gained while serving public, not-for-profit and private sector organizations. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters including comprehensive business support services, real estate development, sales and lease matters, and a variety of corporate and government compliance issues, to include any related arbitration, mediation and litigation resolutions. Having previously served as in-house counsel for both privately-held companies and a Fortune 500 company, Mr. DiMedio is able to view his clients’ needs from the perspective of a business owner as well as a client. He knows the importance of providing prompt and thorough counsel to support his clients’ ongoing business operations, interests and succession planning needs.
Mr. DiMedio also spent many years supporting clients’ land development and community construction projects, and has experience representing such clients in all phases of real estate, including: site evaluation, land acquisition, due diligence, approvals/permitting, unit sales/marketing, settlements and community association formation and administration. He has also served as a municipal planning board solicitor, and incorporates his extensive real estate experience into his handling of land acquisition, development and related outside agency matters including environmental concerns, zoning, utility and capacity issues.
Mr. DiMedio’s commercial practice focuses on supporting day-to-day business owners and operators to include enforcement of contract rights and obligations, corporate governance, commercial collections, partnership and shareholder disputes, and employment and enforcement matters.
