Kevin Koc
Owner of Koc Law LLC, Of Counsel to The Meyers Law Firm L.C.
I have practiced employment law for over fifteen years in Kansas and Missouri. Before I attended law school, I worked in the Human Resources field for several years. My experience as a Human Resources practitioner and now as an attorney has helped me develop a unique perspective on representing individuals who are suffering from illegal mistreatment at work. I have spent my entire legal career focusing on these types of cases and in particular have handled a number of cases arising from retaliatory discharge, disability discrimination and employer violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
In addition, I have experience handling class action lawsuits involving an employer's failure to pay employees their lawful wage.
I have experience in litigation at all points of the litigation process and have been closely involved in preparing for and assisting at trials in employment law suits, so I am prepared to take your case all the way to the jury if that is what it takes to vindicate your rights.
Though my time is often limited, I will do my best to help each individual who contacts me to understand why they may or may not have a viable legal claim. I look forward to talking to you about your potential case.
