Kimberly Dawn Lerner
Kimberly attended the University of Michigan where she received her BA. She attended Fordham Law School where she received her JD in 1998. She began her career working at a large firm in New York City, Brown & Wood, LLP. Kimberly joined the Nassau County District Attorney's Office in 2002 where she tried numerous cases to verdict. In May, 2005, Kimberly joined her father Richard's practice. Kimberly handles most of the criminal matters (felonies, misdemeanors and traffic violations) and assists Richard with all other matters. Kimberly is a member of the New York State Bar Association and active in the Nassau County Bar Association where she most recently gave a CLE lecture on how to plea bargain. She was formerly head, and now vice chairs, the District Court Committee. Kimberly is also a correspondent for Fox News and MSNBC and appears regularly discussing all current legal issues. Kimberly has also handled high-profile matters and has appeared on all the local news stations.
