Oversight of all aspects of budgeting and financial management, including grants, individual donors, contracts, and special events. Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies for involving foundation grants, corporate contributions, and individual donor programs. Developed new immigration legal program with the use of DOJ Partially Accredited Representatives.
