Lance Richard Bremer

Lance Bremer joined Fernelius Simon PLLC in January 2013. Lance practiced in the litigation department at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP from 1998 to 2013. His practice encompasses a wide range of commercial litigation, including oil and gas disputes, toxic tort cases, securities issues, environmental nuisance suits, product liability suits and breach of contract cases. Lance has significant experience handling all aspects of litigation and arbitration, including important pretrial matters such as electronic and paper discovery, fact and expert discovery and motions for summary judgment. Lance has represented numerous clients in state and federal courts and in domestic and international arbitrations under the auspices of the AAA, ICC, LCIA and ICDR.
