Leonard S Villafranco

Attorney Leonard S. Villafranco is the founder and principal of the Law Offices of Leonard S. Villafranco, P.A. He focuses his practice primarily in the area of family law, criminal defense and personal injury. His diverse background in law, sales, business and education enables Mr. Villafranco to provide high quality integrated legal services across those practice areas. Further, his own supportive family, including his three children and two grandchildren, provide the necessary insight to allow him to not only capably legally represent his clients, but to also morally and emotionally counsel and support his clientâs during what can be a very difficult time.

Prior to founding his firm, Attorney Villafranco worked with major insurance companies defending personal injury cases and civil litigation. This experience permitted Mr. Villafranco to develop trial experience in a broad range of civil matters including personal injury, auto, truck and motorcycle accidents, slip and falls and dog bites. This experience has carried over into his practice in divorce and family law, criminal defense and driving under the influence (DUI).

Leonard S. Villafranco graduated in 1982 from the State University of New York at Oswego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. After teaching high school, he worked in the advertising, printing and publishing business, while raising his family and attending law school in the evenings. In 2001 he received a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center.

Leonard is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Florida Bar, the American Trial Lawyers Association, Martin and St. Lucie County Bar Associations and the Port St. Lucie Bar Association, where he served as Vice President in 2009 and as President in 2010.
