Linda Christie Severin
Managing Member at Whistleblower Law Collaborative LLC
I devote my practice 100% to representing whistleblowers bringing qui tam cases under the False Claims Act or disclosing fraud under other whistleblower programs. I have over 35 years of experience in criminal and civil enforcement actions. I was a criminal prosecutor in the Southern District of New York, where I handled complex investigations, trials, and appeals. I also have worked in private practice as a white-collar defense attorney and in-house at a Fortune 100 corporation. My varied experience enables me to analyze whistleblower matters from multiple perspectives.
I love practicing law because it engages my mind in analyzing complex issues, my heart in understanding the hopes and fears of my clients, and my voice in advocating for justice. I am inspired by my whistleblower clients who have the courage to take action against wrongdoers.
