Free Initial Consultation, Affordable Representation
During 15 years of working directly under senior management of prestigious companies, such as Panasonic and Liteon, I developed an intimate knowledge as to how a business becomes successful. Also, as the result of day to day participation, my legal service embodies Japanese craftsman's spirt, that is to be responsive, responsible, resilient and respect.
My ultimate goal is to help small business owners to avoid costly, time-consuming and painstaking litigation. My services start from legal strategy designing, as opposed to filling out templates, which requires predicting possible scenarios and solutions. Contracts to be drafted cover all aspect of business operation, which includes but not limited to: investment, partnership, licensing, buying and sales employment, trademark right protection, real estate transaction, asset protection as well as merger and acquisition.
Furthermore, I help people with professional license defense, immigration and international trade (customs, FDA) matters.
Lastly but not the least, As a Chinese speaking lawyer, I am passionate to be the bridge of international trade endeavors. I am proud to have helped small business owners to lose money, time and nights of sleep.

- Q. I need to help in canceling Pool Contract after 72hrs expire
- A: This clause does not apply here. This clause reads IF OWNER FAILS OR REFUSES TO PERMIT DELIVERY OF MATERIALS .... INTERRUPTS OR INTERFERES WITH CONTRACTOR ......CONTRACTOR WILL BE DUE A SUM EQUAL TO 25% OF TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE". You did not fail to do anything or refuse to do anything. You are at no fault. It is just the presumption of the contract does not exist, i.e, something unexpected occurred frustrated the purpose of the contract. you are entitled to a refund.
- Q. What should I do if a contractor never completes the agreed upon work?
- A: This happens quite often, unfortunately. You can give them a notice for them to act immediately warning them you will hire another company if they do not. If they still do not work to complete the project, you can hire another company and keep all the records. You also have right to ask them to pay for the extra amount if you end up paying more than the contract price.
- Q. I was contracted to a third party industry by my employer. I was off site when I was fired for something someone said.
- A: An employment attorney.
