Linda Liang
In seeking your best interest, we leave no stone unturned.
During 15 years of working directly under senior management of prestigious companies, such as Panasonic and Liteon, I developed an intimate knowledge as to how a business becomes successful. Also, as the result of day to day participation, my legal service embodies Japanese craftsman's spirt, that is to be responsive, responsible, resilient and respect.
My ultimate goal is to help small business owners to avoid costly, time-consuming and painstaking litigation. My services start from legal strategy designing, as opposed to filling out templates, which requires predicting possible scenarios and solutions. Contracts to be drafted cover all aspect of business operation, which includes but not limited to: investment, partnership, licensing, buying and sales employment, trademark right protection, real estate transaction, asset protection as well as merger and acquisition.
Furthermore, I help people with professional license defense, immigration and international trade (customs, FDA) matters.
Lastly but not the least, As a Chinese speaking lawyer, I am passionate to be the bridge of international trade endeavors. I am proud to have helped small business owners to lose money, time and nights of sleep.

- Q. What does it mean when the other parties lawyer is asking me the below.
- A: It means whether you agree for them to amend their petition. If you sign, the Agreed Order is his way of telling the court that you agree, and the court should allow them to amend the petitioner.
- Q. I'm selling my property in North Miami Beach for 90.000$ but brokers turned me down with fake Liens of 31000$ .
- A: Who's broker are you talking about? Why do you think he or she has the power to block your sale? Clarification is needed. Please feel free to contact my office for a free consultation.
- Q. Can I sue a private seller for telling me the car had a new water pump, when it is actually failing?
- A: Have you changed the pump after they told you so? If so, you suffered the loss of at least the cost of a new pump. You can sue for them to pay you back.
