Ms. Wagner is experienced in matters of litigation, arbitration, and administrative hearings, and is admitted to practice in Florida and California state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida in addition to the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Wagner handles appeals of employment matters in the Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal.

Actively participating in community associations, Ms. Wagner is Vice Chair of Membership Outreach for the Florida Bar Association Labor and Employment Section, Committee Member and Former Chairperson of the Labor and Employment CLE Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Vice Chair of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Labor and Employment Committee for the American Bar Association, and former Treasurer and Secretary of the National Employment Lawyers Association Florida Chapter and member of the National organization.
