Throughout my career, I have developed my practice to serve as an effective dealmaker who can handle difficult, high-end transactions but can also handle smaller transactions in a cost-effective manner. I have closed dozens of M&A deals on the buy and sell side in the low to middle market.
My Corporate practice goes well beyond mergers and acquisitions: I advise business clients on capital raises, business succession planning, business separations, joint ventures, phantom interest plans, and corporate governance. I act as outside general counsel to many family-owned businesses and start-up ventures in various industries. I regularly negotiate and prepare operating agreements, partnership agreements, and shareholder agreements, and represent clients in estate planning and nonprofit law.
