She is a skilled and accomplished litigator in the areas of real estate, co-op and condo law, business and commercial law, and complex landlord-tenant matters. She is known for her ability to help clients effectively solve problems by providing concrete solutions to complex matters. Having been an accountant with a top accounting firm prior to obtaining her law degree, her combined legal and accounting background provides a distinct advantage to her clients, namely property owners, co-op and condo owners and boards, small and large businesses, brokers, management companies, landlords and tenants. Her practice encompasses a very diverse range of dispute and litigation-oriented matters.
Ms. Nadel graduated from Boston University with honors and a dual major in Accounting and Finance. She obtained her law degree from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1989. She is admitted to practice in the civil, state, and federal courts of New York, including the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations, the New York County Lawyers’ Association, and the New York City and Brooklyn Bar Associations. Ms. Nadel is often quoted by The New York Times and other publications for her real estate knowledge and is frequently called upon to handle complex real estate, business, commercial, and landlord-tenant matters. Ms. Nadel’s firm continues to set precedents and remains at the forefront of complex real estate law.
