Luis Macias Jr
Law Office of Luis Macias Jr
An experienced litigator and trial attorney, Luis’ practice includes immigration law, criminal defense, and personal injury matters. A graduate of the prestigious University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, Luis is a former clerk to the Honorable Stuart R. Pollak of the California Court of Appeal, and law clerk for the Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General. Following receipt of his law degree, Luis began his career at a well-known San Diego defense firm where he represented public entities and insurance companies in personal injury and civil litigation matters.
Motivated by a desire to represent real people in the court room, not insurance companies and corporations, Luis established his own practice in 2011. Using the experience and court room skills gained in civil litigation, Luis expanded into criminal and immigration law while being mentored by former prosecutor and defense attorney George Siddell. Luis now devotes his practice to the representation of individuals and families before the U.S. Immigration Courts and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, individuals facing misdemeanor and felony charges in the Superior Court of California, and victims of serious injury.
Motivated to protect the rights of his clients, Luis represents each client how he would want his family member to be represented. Located in Chula Vista, California, Luis and his dedicated team of paralegals and staff members work together to deliver the highest caliber representation.
