Law Office of Madeline M. McIntosh
Our office is taking proactive steps to help ensure your safety and the safety of our staff during COVID-19. We are open and continue to work for you by remote means, providing the same high-quality service and meetings via Zoom, Skype, Facetime and as usual by telephone. We appreciate your observance of safety measures during this time. Please be assured that if a face-to-face meeting is preferred, we are in compliance with all health care directives per WHO.
Ms. McIntosh's passion for helping people is what drives her Bankruptcy Law and Social Security and Disability Law practice. We help those who are unable to work and are seeking disability benefits. Life events can cause you to seek Bankruptcy and we help those who are seeking either Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
I have a commitment to those seeking disability because my father is disabled, and I’ve had an Endocrine condition my entire life. I understand the challenges you face. During the market crash of 2008, while taking care of family and not working, I almost sought bankruptcy myself. Life events happen and if you have tried bankruptcy alternatives, and bankruptcy is your only option, then please call my office.
Dallas and Texas are my home now. It’s also where my dad resides in a memory care facility, and I still take care of him. I love the people here and being able to assist them in representation in SSDI and Bankruptcy cases is why I remain here.
