Maria Silvina Tondini
Silvina Tondini has over two decades of experience working in both business and immigration law practice areas. She is the founder of Tondini Law, APC, a law firm located in San Diego, CA, serving clients in California, across the country, and internationally. She provides business immigration and family immigration representation, and provides customized immigration plans, specifically focused on entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors, for immigrant petitions and all types of nonimmigrant visas. A native of Argentina, she holds a J.D. from the Universidad de Mendoza, as well as a J.D. from North Carolina Central University, magna cum laude. She is admitted to practice law in California, District of Columbia and Argentina and is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
Ms. Tondini is active in her legal community and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, Lawyers Club, and the San Diego North County Bar Association, where she has served as Chair of the Immigration Law Section since 2013. She is a frequent lecturer and travels the globe to present to industry leaders on current changes in immigration and business law.
