Mark Beller
Mark Beller is former Prosecutor with both the City of Scottsdale and The Maricopa County Attorney's Office. He has spent his entire career practicing criminal law. He is a veteran trial attorney with a proven record of sucess. Mr. Beller is a graduate of The University of Arizona and he received his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law. While in school he worked as an intern for the Maricopa County Prosecutor’s Office and the Pima County Public Defender’s Office. After Mr. Beller was admitted to the Arizona Bar, he practiced for five years as a Deputy County Attorney with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. While with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, he served in several trial divisions including as a mentor in charge of supervising and training new prosecutors. After leaving the MCAO, Mr. Beller practiced as an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Scottsdale. During his six years as a Scottsdale Prosecutor, his practice was focused on driving under the influence cases as well as the specialized areas of juvenile law, commercial trucking enforcement, and retail liquor law violations. Mr. Beller has extensive experience in all areas of Criminal Law including the areas of driving under the influence and drug offenses.
