Mr. Gray is a founder and partner at Gray and White Law practicing in a variety of areas including class actions and complex multi-district litigation (MDL), personal injury, and medical malpractice.
Practicing law since 1990, Mr. Gray has represented injured persons in a wide variety of personal injury claims. In 1999, he took a medical malpractice/bad faith case to trial and achieved an award of $13.1 million dollars--one of Kentucky's largest jury awards.
He has also worked in an advisory capacity on many MDL cases and worked in a leadership capacity--as Co-Lead or Plaintiff's Steering Committee Member--on some of the nation's largest class action suites including:
