The Criminal Defense Team of Baldwin Perry & Kamish, P.C
The Criminal Defense Team of Baldwin Perry & Kamish, P.C. practices criminal law exclusively. We are trial lawyers and use our team approach to aggressively defend our clients in any Indiana criminal matters. There are only 6 Board Certified Criminal Trial Specialists in Indiana and 5 of them are with our firm. (Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy).
Some of the most common crimes we handle are DUI/alcohol related offenses, drug crimes, resisting arrest, gun charges, sex crimes, battery offenses, internet crimes, domestic violence allegations, disorderly conduct, violent crimes, and traffic offenses. We also represent clients for expungements, appeals, sentence modifications, and Federal crimes.
We assign 2 attorneys and a paralegal to every case to give our clients an experienced and knowledgeable team to help them through the stress of being arrested or accused of a crime. Our attorneys have over 120 years of combined experience and are passionate about criminal defense.
3 of our attorneys are former deputy prosecutors and bring that experience to the whole team. We pride ourselves on our ability to think outside the box and develop unique strategies to defend our clients.
We get to know our clients and are able to help them navigate the often frustrating criminal justice system. By connecting with our clients and developing a personalized strategy, we're able to get the best possible outcome for the case.
Prosecutors know that we aren't scared to go to trial and we'll fight for our clients. Our reputations as trial attorneys is what helps us in negotiations and often leads to results that other firms aren't likely able to obtain -- this is what sets us apart from other law firms.
