Mark R. Faro has been licensed attorney in the State of New Jersey since 2009. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009 and received his B.A. degree from Seton Hall in 1999. Prior to becoming an attorney, he spent multiple years as a reporter and editor covering finance in New York. Using the aggressive skills and work ethic he learned from his hard-hitting journalist days in Manhattan, Mark represents accident victims throughout Northern New Jersey in personal injury matters. He also seeks justice for those who have been wronged by professional malpractice.
A life-long resident of New Jersey, Mark also advocates for those who have been charged with serious motor vehicle and criminal offenses in Municipal Court. He also has represented numerous landlords and tenants in New Jersey’s Landlord-Tenant courts.
Mark’s practice further includes representing condominium, co-op and homeowners’ associations. This consists of collections, foreclosures, liens, Chancery litigation and other related matters.
He is a member of the New Jersey, Bergen and Passaic County Bar Associations. Mark has lectured to other attorneys seeking Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits.
Besides being a tireless legal advocate for his clients, in his spare time outside of the courtroom Mark’s passions include his family, fishing and watching New York sports.
