Mark Mathys is a personal injury attorney and co-founder of Mathys & Schneid Personal Injury Lawyers. With his firm of Naperville personal injury lawyers, he handles all types of injury cases, including vehicle accidents, bus accidents, child accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, workplace accidents, and other incidents where injuries result from intentional or negligent actions of others. Mr. Mathys also handles wrongful death claims for families of deceased accident victims and workers’ compensation claims for workers who have been injured in the workplace.
Mr. Mathys is a native of Chicago. He has also lived in the Chicagoland area for most of his life. With his firm of Naperville personal injury lawyers, he has represented accident victims since becoming a lawyer in 1993.
Mr. Mathys earned his undergraduate degree with honors in business administration from St. Norbert College. He returned to Chicago to earn his law degree from DePaul University’s college of law. Mr. Mathys is licensed to practice in all state courts in Illinois and Kentucky. He is also permitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Supreme Court.
