With a combined 60 years of experience, the Law Office of Martin Liberman has been faithfully helping the people of New Jersey for over 35 years. We specialize in real estate law, civil litigation, personal injury, wills and trust litigation, guardianship actions, traffic and municipal court cases, estate planning and small business formation.
Attorney Liberman received his Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law and his BA and BBA with honors from Oglethorpe University.
He’s a member of the New Jersey, New York and Georgia Bars, as well as the Chairman of the Real Estate Committee for the Morris County, a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the State Bar Real Estate, Trusts and Estate Committee.
He is considered an expert in the areas of Real Estate Law, Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. He also has extensive experience in Supreme Court matters.

During my tenure I ran and lectured on a yearly basis real estate related topics from issues from Contract though Closing, all case law and teaching practicing attorneys, and all new law occurring to bring all up to date. I was also responsible for creating the NJ GIT-4 form for NJ and assisted in have the Bulk Sales Transfer Act become repealed in residential real estate matter for New Jersey. +

- Conely v Gerrero 2017 The New Jersey Supreme court ruled Monday that an attorney may void a real estate contract on behalf of a client by fax or email, telegram or personal delivery. One of the attorneys in this case was Martin Liberman. He was instrumental in helping to get this ruling.
