Matthew David Glachman

Matthew is a founding partner of Glachman & Brill, P.A. Matthew graduated from the University of Maryland in 2009 with a Bachelors in Criminology & Criminal Justice. He earned a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2012 and was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year. During his time at Nova Southeastern University, Matthew developed a specialty in the area of Intellectual Property Law, leading him to become Vice President of the school's Intellectual Property Law Society. Matthew has successfully created and managed several start-up companies in his career and continues to stay on the forefront of today's technology industry.
During law school Matthew worked at one of Florida's leading foreclosure defense firms. Upon graduation from law school, Matthew worked for a real estate law firm focusing on creditor's rights and handling complex foreclosure litigation. He has represented some of the nation's largest mortgage lenders and mortgage servicing companies.
Since 2015, Matthew has focused on all aspects of real estate litigation, specializing in landlord and tenant disputes. Matthew has handled hundreds of landlord/tenant cases including evictions, unlawful detainers, ejectments, security deposit disputes, property damage disputes, and mold contamination disputes. He currently acts as Of Counsel to Green Lumens LLC, one of the world's leading LED lighting manufacturer/retrofitters. Matthew is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
