As an Intellectual Property Attorney at Merchant & Gould, I specialize in helping clients protect, manage, and leverage their innovations and intellectual property rights. Based out of the Denver office and working remotely from Austin, Texas, I serve clients across Colorado, Texas, and beyond. My practice primarily focuses on patent preparation and prosecution, though I regularly advise on a wide range of IP matters, including litigation support, noninfringement and infringement analysis, freedom to operate searches, as well as trademark and copyright law.
