Matthew Tourtlotte
Helping The People Who Live, Work and Play Here.
Matt Tourtlotte is an attorney dedicated to standing up for the rights of his fellow Montanans. In 2014, Matt resigned his partnership with a historic Montana law firm to strike out on his own. He created Tourtlotte Law Firm, a law firm dedicated to serving the people who enjoy working, living, and playing in our great state.
Matt Tourtlotte has the experience that matters. He spent the early part of his career working closely with the insurance companies and corporations that invest billions of dollars each year to minimize or outright deny claims just like yours. Inside knowledge of how these companies operate can be invaluable to getting results that matter.
Matt Tourtlotte has litigated cases throughout Montana. His experience includes complex litigation in the State District Courts from Missoula County to Richland County and most places in between. Matt is licensed to practice in Montana's U.S. District Courts and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Tourtlotte Law Firm has successfully represented the interests of hundreds of accident victims. Our clients include people who have been injured in auto accidents, people who are injured at work, people whose homes have been damaged or destroyed by faulty construction, and people who have been mistreated by the insurance company. If you have a question about your claim, or if you feel the insurance company is not treating you fairly, call Matt today.
