Michael A. Friedrichs
White and Bright, LLPMichael Friedrichs is a partner at White and Bright, LLP, and focuses his practice on real estate and business litigation matters. Mr. Friedrichs has experience in defending real estate brokers and sellers in claims of non-disclosure in the sale of real property, and representing contractors and homeowners in construction related issues including claims involving mechanic’s liens. Mr. Friedrichs also has extensive experience in representing creditors in commercial debt collection, representing and defending parties in disputes over ownership and encumbrances to real property (quiet title), enforcing and defending easements and boundary issues, representing parties in landlord/tenant matters, representing business owners in contract disputes, and enforcing judgments.
