My recommendation to all potential clients is that they retain a criminal Defense attorney and have them actively working their case as soon as possible. This will allow your attorney to thoroughly investigate your circumstances including identifying, obtaining and preserving vital evidence in defending your case. In addition, it will allow your attorney to interview and preserve witness testimony before memories fade and/or testimony is tainted by outside factors. As a result, this will enable your attorney to identify and formulate strategic legal defenses to your criminal charges as early as possible
