Michael Benjamin Lavinger

As Director of Medilex since 1992, I have evaluated and consulted on more than 15,000 medical-legal cases from common fields like neurosurgery and forensic pathology, to esoteric ones such as oculoplastic surgery, cardiac anesthesiology, and maternal-fetal pathology. After decades of working closely with medical experts in ~180 fields, I have broad-based medical knowledge that I combine with formal law school training, superior intellectual and analytical abilities, and an innate pragmatism to provide each client with unparalleled medical-legal advice. I also am an exemplary writer and editor and have taught many physicians (and quite a number of attorneys) how to write clearly, succinctly, and with maximum impact.
