Michael Boyle

Michael, a Capital Region native, has curated his practice to serve the needs of individual and corporate clients alike. As an Associate with Tully Rinckey PLLC, he focuses on litigation and negotiation of a wide array of practice areas including bankruptcy, intellectual property, secured transactions and contracts. Michael strives to achieve fair results for his clients, while zealously advocating on their behalf.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Michael served as an Of Counsel attorney for a Schenectady law firm. In this role, he represented clients in various litigation and transactional matters. He also served as counsel for a Capital Region property management company with commercial and residential real estate across New York State. In addition to overseeing civil litigation and transactional matters at this company, he negotiated and executed property management agreements for over 200 properties.
As a litigation attorney, Michael develops effective and creative strategies for anyone in the civil or criminal arena. He is aggressive in court, attentive to detail and always willing to listen to his clients.
Outside of court, Michael also helps clients with all types of transactional issues, from forming corporate entities to drafting contracts. Michael’s multifaceted approach allows him to competently and confidently hand tailor documents to his clients’ specific needs.
While attending law school at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Michael served as a judicial intern for a judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
