
Michael C. Bivona
Attorney Michael C. Bivona is a member of both the Connecticut and New York State Bars. Michael has worked on cases involving an array of practice areas, including, criminal defense, civil litigation, employment law, appeals, and administrative hearings in both Connecticut and New York.
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Quinnipiac University in 2010, Michael went on to earn his Juris Doctor - magna cum laude - with an honors concentration in Criminal Law and Advocacy from the Quinnipiac University School of Law. While in law school, Michael served as the Executive Vice President for the Mock Trial Honor Society. He was also a member of the regional championship team at the 2012 Quinnipiac Law / ABA Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition, winning the prestigious Best Overall Advocate award.
In 2018, Michael received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy from Temple University School of Law.
Michael has continued his involvement with Quinnipiac Law’s award winning mock trial program by serving as a coach in numerous competitions.
Michael worked as an intern at the Law Offices of Mark Sherman. He also served as an intern for the New Haven State's Attorney's Office.
