Michael Ferrell
Aggressive and effective legal advocacy when you need it most.
I am a personal injury lawyer and criminal defense attorney serving clients across Colorado. My dedication lies in advocating for individuals against formidable entities such as insurance companies in personal injury matters and both state and federal governments in criminal cases. My professional journey includes roles as both a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney.
Throughout my career, I have successfully tried numerous cases to verdict across every county in the Denver metro area, consistently securing "not guilty" verdicts for my clients at trial. My practice areas include DUI, Domestic Violence, Murder/Homicide, Assault, Harassment, Criminal Mischief, Menacing, Theft, Drug, Gun, Human Trafficking, and Sex Offense cases.
In the realm of personal injury, I have secured multiple six-figure settlements for clients who have suffered injuries in various accidents including car, slip and fall, truck, motorcycle, and DUI-related incidents.
I hold licenses to practice law in Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and Pennsylvania. My commitment is to tirelessly defend and uphold the rights of my clients, ensuring they receive the justice they deserve.
