Michael Hudzik
Free Consultation - Prompt Response Times and Dedication to Each Client
The most gratifying part of practicing matrimonial law is to be able to give guidance and help people through one of, if not the most, difficult times of their lives. My goal in most cases is to help clients resolve their issues in an amicable manner to a positive resolution, as the majority of cases do not proceed to trial. However, there are certain cases that cannot be settled for a multitude of reasons. As such, I am always prepared to litigate the issues. I maintain the mindset of a litigator while always being open to discussing settlement. Being prepared to take the case to trial, often times, will result in a more favorable result through settlement. I started my legal career practicing in a wide variety of areas of law, ranging from criminal law to real estate transactions to all areas of civil litigation. I now practice exclusively in the area of matrimonial law. My prior experience in other areas of law has been invaluable for my practice, as the practice of matrimonial law overlaps with so many other areas of law and requires knowledge of these other areas of law.

When I am not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, and playing basketball. I was born and raised in the Chicago area, where I currently reside with my wife and two children.
