Michael J. Bramnick
Maryland and DC Law Firm Focusing On Construction Law and Litigation
Michael J. Bramnick has been practicing law for over a decade and focuses on all aspects of construction law and civil litigation including contract disputes, residential and commercial real estate disputes, business torts, construction litigation including mechanic’s liens and collections for contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers, and general post-judgment collections and enforcement matters. Mike is a zealous litigator, advocate and trusted advisor for his clients. He brings a pragmatic and analytical approach to evaluating claims early in the dispute process to customize strategies that are designed to best serve his clients’ needs. In some cases, this is achieved through alternative dispute resolution such as mediation. When a negotiated resolution cannot be obtained, Mike is prepared to arbitrate or litigate claims throughout the State and Federal Courts in Maryland, Virginia and DC.
Mike represents contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and other construction professionals in all aspects of the construction process ranging from contract review to litigation or alternative dispute resolution. He regularly handles matters involving breach of contract and payment disputes, mechanics liens, and other claims.
Mike also has experience handling a variety of civil litigation matters ranging from contract disputes, business torts, residential and commercial real estate disputes, post-judgment enforcement and collections, non-compete claims, and violations of the home improvement licensing law and regulations. A signficant part of Mike’s law practice also includes representing buyers and sellers involved in residential real estate contract disputes and related issues.
