Michael J. Monchick specializes in the areas of construction, real estate, commercial and business transactional matters, as well as litigation in those fields. He has spent his legal career representing noteworthy companies in the construction industry and clients in large real estate transactions, including multi-million dollar renovations and the construction of new homes. He also represents general contractors, subcontractors and owners in all facets of construction. For many years, Mr. Monchick represented the largest suppliers in the electrical and plumbing fields. He has also represented developers of condominium residential project from the acquisition of the property through the construction process and the sale of the units. He assists his clients in every step of a project and has extensive experience with issues involving contracts and liens. Mr. Monchick has also served as a mediator and special master in construction and commercial litigation disputes.
