Michael J Posner is a partner at Ward Damon Posner Pheterson & Bleau, a multi-disciplined law firm primarily serving South Florida. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, business and corporate law, homeowner/condominium association representation, complex real estate litigation, and wills, trusts and estate planning. Mr. Posner has handled real estate closings from $100,000 to over $40 million and has examined over 7,000 title files covering vacant land, single and multi-family homes, large commercial buildings, condominiums and co-ops and other unique land interests.
