For 36 years I have limited my practice to representing injured workers and Social Security claimants. I do not represent insurance companies or the Dept of Labor & Industries. The Worker’s Compensation system can be convoluted, confusing, and technically challenging to injured workers. I am proud to say that throughout my legal career, I have been blessed to represent, hard-working, honest, and worthy individuals who have unfortunately sustained injuries that have a devastating impact on work capacity, financial status, and familial relationships. In this area of the law, I represent the underdog. I am proud to do so. I am always happy to give advice to those who are confused by the deadlines and convoluted rules that must be hurdled in the Worker’s Compensation world, even if the potential clients do not need my formal legal service. If you’re injured, give me a call. I can help.
