COMMITTED, CARING, CAPABLE
Your case is important. We are committed to helping you and
protecting you, your property, your children, and your interests. We care about the problems our clients face. We understand that legal matters are personal, important, and often emotional. We will take the time to listen and answer questions.
PROBATE: a Practical Way
There are a number of ways to “probate” an estate. Probate of an estate often does not need to be an expensive, lengthy, complicated or expensive process. We use our experience, knowledge and skill to find the least expensive and most practical way to handle an estate in a reasonable amount of time. In many instances, we may be able to avoid probate altogether.
WILLS & ESTATE PLANNING: a Simpler Way
We try to find the simplest, least costly way to achieve your estate planning needs. Often we can find ways to handle the ultimate disposition of your estate without a “full” probate and perhaps no probate of your estate at all.
FAMILY LAW and DIVORCE: a Reasonable Way
We handle a wide array of family law matters to include divorce, property, matters involving children including visitation, custody, support, parental relocation, modifications and enforcement of these matters. We also handle stepparent and grandparent adoptions.
