Michael Pandullo

I have successfully handled just about every type of criminal case that exists in Nevada, from petty misdemeanors to the most serious felonies, in every court in Southern Nevada. I am proud to say I have won acquittals in front of judge and jury, had more criminal charges dismissed than I can remember, saved countless criminal defendants from prison and felony conviction, and overturned a life sentence on appeal. I am passionate about criminal defense. If you are my client, I will do whatever I can, legally and ethically, to get your charges dismissed or get you acquitted. As a criminal defense attorney, I believe there is no higher achievement than winning a trial or getting a charge dismissed and walking my client out of the courtroom fully vindicated. However, if dismissal or acquittal is not possible given the facts of the case, I will negotiate the best possible outcome, avoiding jail, prison time, or other harsh criminal penalties whenever possible.
