  Credit cards are accepted for tax controversy cases. There are no upfront fees for disability cases.

  For social security disability cases, we charge a conti gency fre of 25% of your back benefits. The fee agreement is regulated by the government. For tax controversy cases, I charge a flat fee.

  Tax controversy cases have various fee structures depending on the specific needs of the case.
