Attorney Mirta C. Palmer was born in Caracas, Venezuela, where she honed in on her two passions: law and languages. After moving to the United States, she utilized her legal and linguistic skills by working as a Certified Court Interpreter and an Attorney at Law, accumulating over 20 years of experience in the California courts.
