Attorney Mohammad (Moe) Ahmad attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School where he earned a juris doctorate degree with a concentration in litigation. Moe is a former prosecutor of the CCSAO. With a decade of experience as an attorney, Moe has extensive experience in both DUI and criminal law. He tried thousands of criminal, traffic and DUI cases. Now in private practice, Moe continues to maintain a reputation for being well-skilled, fair and honest.
Moe’s primary practice areas consist of criminal law, DUI and traffic cases. His philosophy regarding the practice of law is not only to be his clients’ lawyer, but also a counselor at law. He uses his sharp legal skills and knowledge of the law to deploy a competent, aggressive and effective legal strategy to protect his clients’ interests.

He received prestigious awards such as Top 100 Trial Lawyer, Top 40 under 40, the 10 Best Lawyers in Illinois and Prosecutor of the Year. Moe was honored by the NWSBA with the distinct honor of the President's Award by the NWSBA for his leadership in the legal community.
Moe is a respected leader in the legal community. He is a current member of the executive committee. He is the treasurer of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association (NWSBA), which consists of approximately 600 lawyers. He is also a chairperson of both the criminal and traffic law committee, the bench-bar relations committee, The NWSBA Center committee and the finance committee for the NWSBA.
Additionally, Moe is the Vice President of the Suburban Bar Coalition. The Suburban Bar Coalition is an organization comprised of multiple legal bar associations tasked with reviewing and investigating sitting judges running for retention. He is also a member of the Arab-American Bar and the Illinois State Bar Association.
